Red Toucan Summer 25
Played on countless sites. Been playing at Red Toucan for past 6 mths. I have made 4 withdrawals without any problems though the withdrawal process has taken anything from 3 days to 14 approx. I had a glitch on one game where a bonus win of £62 wasn’t credited to my balance but RT after investigation honoured the win. So considering the chicanery I’ve come across on previous sites, Red Toucan get a thumbs up.

This Organisation is under investigation and they have done the same with thousands of people who deposited money in good faith only to have the winnings cancelled and then subsequently took from their account. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY FUNDS INTO THIS ORGANISATION, PLATFORMS OR SISTER SITES. This is fraud and they hide behind the lack of regulatory authorities and they think they are untouchable but we have substantial evidence of their corruption and fraudulent practices and they are in for a surprise

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY on non-Gamstop sites – ALL SCAMS
They just love to take your money, but games are so crooked, don’t expect to get anything back.
I played here and others, for several months, spent too much and won very little, bonus rounds don’t arrive, winning spins are few and far between, and I would say that the percentage wins are VERY LOW, example, I spent 200 on one slot, and won just 5 pounds. kinda just throwing my money away.
Then, I finally get a bonus round, won 550, the game crashed and wiped out my winnings. Now, I thought this was just an error, until I played on their sister site Castle Spins, and the same thing happened there,( on a different game) conclusion, A SCAM. I have contacted them by email and live chat and had no reply for 2 weeks despite several emails. Customer service on live chat just tell you to ‘wait for the email reply’ . the one that is never coming. I have played a lot of non Gamstop sites and I can assure you that 99% of them are scams and cons, if you must play, then wear yourself out on a free site first but don’t give these thieves your hard earned cash better yet, go to a real live casino.

Avoid at all costs it’s an absolute scam. Tried to withdraw my winnings and they cancelled it saying my stake was too high. Gave me back my deposit and took £2800 off me.
When speaking to the customer service team they were incredibly rude and told me that I just don’t want to understand!! Even though I can’t find anything in the terms and conditions to validate what they are saying.

I have been playing like any casino with the chance to win I have played and lost but yesterday played with a 225% bonus as only deposit £25 so cave me £90 to play with understand wagering £3900 played that and was winning cleared wager and cashed £1000 out all seem to be going ok until logged back in my account and they have taken £975 off me and returned £25 initial deposit of £25 to my account

One star only because there’s no option for zero ,won big stake free games feature returned later in day to be told lost feature because was over 3 hours ago said I’d been swimming or to the pictures . complained and closed my acount .. do not waste a penny scam site.
