I was playing a double bubble game and got the bonus round, the game froze and would not reload. I spent 4 days back and fourth in chat. I was told it would reset which it did not. Then finally told there was an error which had been fixed and there was no winnings to award. The bonus round always rewards even from 1x stake. I tried the game again and it froze this time I don’t know what the spin was so cannot say if I should have won. Deffo should of had winnings from bonus round.
