Known issues as of June 2010: Some leaking stanchions should be rebedded; some water-damaged interior paneling needs replacement (easily done); Sunbrella upholstery in starboard quarterberth is stained and zipper is broken; exterior varnish needs touching up; some non-progressing, nonstructural, cosmetic blisters on bottom; depth and speed gauges erratic and in need of service; seal at mast partners could be redone to eliminate very minor leakage.

Conditions of sale: As is, where is, no warranties. Information in Sept 2009 survey is deemed to be correct, but is not guaranteed. Prospective buyers must personally inspect vessel, and may have it professionally surveyed at their own expense if they so desire, but results of such inspections and surveys may not be used as a basis for renegotiating an agreed-upon sales price. All reasonable offers considered. Asking price will be discounted 5% monthly until vessel sells. On request, owner will provide one sea trial per prospective buyer on an as-available basis.
