Most of the Android reviews are old, and updates have been released since, so hopefully the issues have been fixed by the bookie. Customer support is very important for any betting site and given Grosvenor’s reputation, both online and in-shop, a high standard is expected. In the top menu of the site, rather than buried at the bottom, there is a ‘Support’ option and this brings you to the customer support landing page. Here, in addition to FAQs, you will also find a live chat option in the bottom right corner.

The support staff at Grosvenor is available between 07:00 and 22:30 every day, while customers can turn to a chatbot outside of these hours. 24/7 support would have been nice, but to be honest Grosvenor covers so many hours anyway that we cannot really complain.
