24 hours in as a new customer, should of read these reviews before signing up. Total deposit around 700

We play to trigger bonus rounds when playing online casinos…takes its time to appear but like many other sites they just don’t seem to be worth the spending to get to the bonus rounds no more, as you win next to nothing. Operating around 40 percent rtp. Not that great when you see all these high rtp advertised. Sometimes 96 percent lol this rng thing these sites quote is pretty much void. Who actually gets this 96 percent ? Yet to come across a decent site that pays fairly. And been trying for quite a few years. Casinos will never loose. You the punter will. Regards customer service, couldn’t fault it. Blake was great to talk to about payouts. Quite a few internal server issues when your close to a win, boots you out of the game on a regular basis. Take your money and spend it at the local betting shop, football or any sports. Higher chance of a return than online casinos.

Do not put a tennis bet on with Grosvenor sport or you will loose your money. I placed a tennis bet on jannik sinner to win and he starting cramping and retired in the 3rd set meaning I lost all my stake because these crooks in the t&c’s state the bet will be settled after the 1st set. These state they try to give all customers the best experience well that’s not the best experience in my view it’s daylight robbery. Take a leaf out of bet365 and 10bet who will void your bet at any time if any player retires to make it fair on both sides. I’ve also brought it up with customer service and honestly they don’t care and just brush it off that it’s not fair to the customer what they are doing. If all players on a football match got injured and the game got called off the bet would get voided obviously so why is tennis any different.just don’t do it guys honestly

Thank you to EVERYONE for making my 70th Birthday such a success at the Grosvenor Casino in Bournemouth on the 25th Sept 2025! I truly enjoyed performing for you all! I would especially like to Thank Gelyn from Grosvenor, who as an Events Organiser (amongst many other “Titles”) was TRULY EXCEPTIONAL, both before & during the event!! Thankyou Gelyn also for the videos, & pictures that you took, that will form a lasting memory of the evening.

Also, I must thank All the Managers, especially Leo & Maria plus the whole wonderful team at Grosvenor Casino Bournemouth.

Also so many thanks to Roger & Dave, who with their Technical Expertise, with the Music & Sound, managed to get the Speakers paired up by Bluetooth!

& also VERY SPECIAL THANKS of course To Andy, who has been a constant in my life for over 30years. A huge part of my Dreams & Aspirations, who helped in so many ways. THANKYOU!

Ridiculous match play promotion

Grosvenor casino is not a casino with incentives for their members

What a laugh!
Having spent so much with no rewards points given, nothing for birthday etc for so many years

Now they want to entice members with £20 match play on Monday to Thursday from 6am to 10am

What a joke when pensioner members, most can’t get there before 10am due to freedom pass not allowed to use on trains before 9.30am

How to reach there before 10am

The promotion teams should be sacked

I wouldnt usually write reviews like this, especially about a bookmaker as they can all be a bit dodgy at times, however I feel I must.

You may read a lot of reviews and think “yeah yeah ok”, but seriously Grosvenor have actually stolen £20 from me, you could probably classify it as theft.

On Wednesday 10th September at 19:06, Grosvenor sent me a promotional email starting with ‘Hey Harry’, directed to me, starting with my name. In this email, there is a header “13:15 Doncaster – Cash Back All Losers”. Great stuff, lets read the fine print:

“Yes, we’re refunding all losing bets in tomorrows opening race on ITV1. The means you can watch the race in comfort knowing that if your selection is beaten, we’ll return your stake in cash up to £20!”

Excellent stuff! I use Grosvenor a lot online and thought ok, thats great, I have a free punt on a horse risk free – in their words.

I share this insight with my friends, they check their emails.. oh wow, they have the same email.

I place my bet on the horse, it loses. My friends place a bet on their horse, they also lose.

My friends receive £20 cashback into their accounts, excellent – they’re happy!

I on the other hand, do not. I contact Live Chat and ask them. They say in between me receiving this email and them crediting the cash, my account was restricted. No communication of this until now.

According to the gambling commission, “An operator must not enforce an account restriction if a player has qualified for a free bet promotion, before being notified of the restriction.”..

Now, I am only 19 years old however I am not thick. I believe that means the cash should be credited. Not only did they actively seek me out in the first place and direct an email to me to lure me into placing a bet I probably wouldnt have placed in the first place, they have actually taken £20 of my cash and kept it for themselves.

It is only £20, I am sure many people have lost more due to extremely poor behaviour by a bookmaker, completely against guidance they must abide by being regulated by IBAS. It is also the principle. I am not sure why I should accept this level of incompetence, theft and I do not think I should accept being treated like I am an idiot.

I want my £20, as per the T&Cs of the offer you sent to me directly, otherwise I will be raising a case with IBAS.
